INVISALIGN® is a modern orthodontic system that has replaced the traditional "tooth braces". INVISALIGN® became known as an invisible braces system. These appliances consist of transparent, removable aligners for continuous use, which allow you to gradually correct bad tooth positions.
PLANNING
The aligners are 3D printed, their entire design and construction is individually customized for each patient. The INVISALIGN® system offers multiple advantages compared to traditional ones, about 50% faster, allows its removal for a more comfortable meal (with nothing on the teeth) and also great comfort during use. There are no cuts to the lips or tongue and patients adapt remarkably quickly.
PHASES OF TREATMENT
1. First visit: In the first consultation we assess your needs. Every aspect of your tooth placement and smile is recorded.
2. Digital planning: The dentist plans with digital tools the tooth movements necessary to achieve your best smile.
3. Delivery of the first aligners: The aligners will have to be used 22 hours a day, on average for 7 days (each aligner) and the treatment begins with the delivery of the first aligner.
4. Control consultations: Depending on the cases, surveillance consultations will be carried out with periods that can vary from a few weeks to a few months.
5. End of treatment: A retainer will be applied, often similar to an aligner, which will have to be used overnight.
